Procedure for supplying Manpower for Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & UAE After having the demand candidates letter from the employer company, we undergo the following tasks:

1. We assemble related candidates and select the excellent ones through the interview, conducting
theoretical questions and trade testing to measure their ability based on experience, qualification,
and mental and physical soundness.
2. Selected candidates are sent for medical check-ups.
3. After getting the medical fitness certificates, the selected candidate’s relevant documents are
dispatched to the employer company.
4. After receiving the visa copy & employment contract, we perform all the necessary activities such as
acquiring permission from the labour department and orientation & insurance etc.
5. We provide the orientation for the selected candidates on local culture, tradition, social practices
religious taboos and the working environment of the relevant country.
6. After getting the airways confirmation and permission from the labour department, we make the
air ticket and send the candidate immediately.

The procedure of supplying the human workforce for Saudi Arabia
After having the demand letter and the consulate authorisation letter (WAKALA) from the employer company, we perform the following tasks.

1. We assemble related candidates and select the excellent ones through interviews.
2. Selected candidates are sent to GAMCA for medical check-ups.
3. After getting the medical fitness certificate, the passport of the candidate is dispatched to Saudi Arabia Embassy situated either in
Bangladesh or India.
4. After getting the visa stamp and the employment contract, we make perform all the necessary procedures – such as acquiring permission from the labour
Department and Orientation & Insurance etc.
5. After getting permission from the labour Department, we make the air tickets and send the candidates immediately.
6. Employment Contract.

The procedure of supplying the Manpower for Malaysia
After getting the KDN (Approval Letter), Translation Letter and Demand Letter from the Employer Company, we perform the following tasks:

1. We gather related candidates and select the excellent ones through interviews.
2. Selected candidates are sent to MAMCA for medical check-ups.
3. After getting the medical fitness certificate, a passport copy of the candidate is sent to the employer to apply for a calling visa.
4. After getting a calling visa as well as other relevant documents, the passports of the selected candidates are submitted to the Malaysian embassy in Nepal.
5. After getting the visa stamp, we perform all the necessary procedures such as acquiring permission from the labour Department, Orientation as
well as Insurance etc.
6. After getting permission from the labour Department, we make the air ticket and send the candidate immediately
